The Education Team provides opportunities of study to grow in our relationship with God, self, others and creation. Bible Study and other educational opportunities include:
Ruth Bible Study Using material from the "Lutheran Women Today." All women are welcome. The group meets the first Monday of the month at 7:00pm. The location rotates at members' homes - note the calendar or call the church office for current location.
Miriam Bible Study Using material from the "Lutheran Women Today." All women are welcome. They meet the third Monday of the month at 7:00pm in the church library.
Daily Discipleship A weekly study of the current Sunday morning Gospel reading. Through study, prayer and fellowship we are encouraged wherever we are in our faith journey to daily follow Jesus. Meets every Thursday at 9:30am at church.
Men's Bible Study Enjoy coffee, an occassional roll and the fellowship of other men as they meet every Friday at 5:30am in the church library to study the current Sunday morning Gospel reading.
Couples' Bible Study Couples meet the third Friday of every month at 7:00pm for Bible study, prayer and fun (location rotates at member homes. Childcare provided on site.
The Wired Word Adult Sunday morning Bible study and discussion about God's word and current events. We meet at 9:00am in the church library.
Faith Lens Youth Sunday morning Bible study and discussion about current events and God's Word. 7th - 12th grade students meet at 9:00am in the youth room.
Toddler Sunday School Children younger than pre-school meet once a month to hear a Bible story, do activities and music. This class is a fun way to introduce God's Word to our youngest members and help prepare them for regular Sunday school classes.
Children's Sunday School Elementary aged students meet every Sunday morning at 9:00am for Bible study, arts, crafts, music and fun as they grow in knowledge and understanding of God's Word.
Confirmation Class A three year class that meets on Wednesdays at 6:00pm throughout the school year for 7th - 9th graders. We study the entire Bible as well as Luther's Small Catechism and participate in various service opportunities. Students publicly profess an affirmation of their faith on Reformation Sunday in the Fall of their 10th grade year.
