Fellowship Groups The church family is divided into six fellowship groups which serve as worship attendants (ushering, hosting, lay reading, communion care and nursery care) and facilitating social time after worship providing coffee and goodies following worship - a fun way to get to know one another. "Gleanings" Newsletter The Gleanings is the monthly newsletter of Gethsemane Lutheran Church. If you would like to submit an article or have something special to share, please email geth.newsetter@gmail.com by the 2nd to last Friday of the month. Gethsemane Website Prayer Shawl Ministry Shawls given to individuals in need as a tangible sign of God's comfort and love. As each shawl is knitted or crocheted, it is done so with prayer for the unknown recipient. Prayer Shawl brochures and patterns are available at the church. Children's Worship Activity Bags Bags filled with quiet activities available for worship. Visitation Ministry Visiting the homebound, those in nursing homes, the hospitalized, inactive members and potential members. Joyful Inspirations Radio Devotions Gethsemane and other area churches rotate leading short "Joyful Inspirations" on KASM 1150 AM at 8:45am Monday through Friday. |
