Anyone is welcome to join the Property Team as itt takes many hands to keep things running smoothing at Gethsemane Lutheran Church, and that includes looking after our property on a regular basis. If you would like to be a part of this valued Team, all you need to do is to sign up in the office once a year.

What does the team do?

• It oversees maintenance and any improvements to church grounds and the building.

• It attends to all immediate needs dealing with our church and parsonage.

• It facilitates a Spring and Fall clean-up of the grounds and inside the church.

• It plans for future needs.

 

When does the team meet?

The team gets together when needed. That's when members plan repairs, and/or complete

special planned projects. Individual team members are also encouraged to perform needed tasks on their own time, and to get the job done properly.

 

Who should sign up?

As we said, anyone is welcome to join the Property Team. But if you like working with your hands, pushing up your sleeves, and jumping right in on a variety of maintenance and special projects, this might be the team for you. Fellowship with a little fun thrown in, and hard work with a purpose -- that's what the Property Team offers its members.
